PAYMENTS
We ONLY accept PayPal, which accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Payment for items are due at time of purchase. Please if you are having a hard time with payment system, contact us directly for assistance at orderhelp@blackonyxworld.com . We can also make arrangements for Money Order Payments if you do not have a card for online payments, just contact us via email for instructions.
SHIPPING
We use USPS to ship First Class and Priority. If you need your items quicker please contact us so we can make arrangements for you. We provided delivery confirmation numbers for every order, which can be used in most cases to track your shipment. To get signature required added to your package there is an added charge, so please contact us before you purchase.
We do not ship on holidays and weekends, so orders placed on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday. Nyamani Chic Items are made per order so if you need something customized please contact us directly after purchasing. We ship orders as soon as the item is ready, which is usually 1-6 business days after payment is made.
We DO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY and to Military Addresses, please see shipping information listed under each item. Shipping internationally can take 2-3 times longer than domestic shipping so please keep that in mind, but we work hard to get orders out quickly to speed up this shipping time. Please make sure address you list in order is correct, because that is the address I ship to. If the address you provide is incorrect and your package has shipped you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

REFUND POLICY
No refunds, all sales are FINAL, but we do pride ourselves in customer satisfaction so please ask as many questions as you would like before making purchase. Also please look over your order in your shopping cart carefully to ensure you are purchasing the correct items. Shipping charges are not refundable.
