Are your products really natural?
All of our products are 100% natural, and most are 100% Organic
Products that say 90% organic, what is the other 10%?
Product may say 90% organic but it’s still 100% natural. For example the 10% could be an essential oil has strong smell/odor etc if its expeller pressed/cold pressed they remove the color and odor from the oil, but it doesn’t lose all its potency just some. This also helps at times to make the item mix well with others.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Shelf life varies on our products but its best when they are used within 6-9 months.
Do you use preservatives?
Yes, we don’t use chemical preservatives but we do use essential oils to preserve our products.
What is the best way to keep your natural product lasting longer?
Do not store them in shower, because the combination of heat and steam will cause mold to grow. It is best to keep products in a cool dry place
Do you use Parabens or any of that un-natural stuff?
No our products contain No Petroleum, No Mineral Oil , No Alcohol, No Paraben, No Sulfate, No Silicones
Do your products contain alcohol?
No, None at all
Do you offer sample sizes?
Currently we do not have sample sizes available
Im not Black/African American but my hair is curly and thick, can I use your products?
Yes our products are made for all races. Our products can be used in women, men and childrens hair. Works best for hair types that especially lacking moisture. See Hair Tips page to see what product we recommend for your hair type.
Are your products safe for kids?
Yes, since Alikay products are 100% natural, the ingredients are safe for use on children. Growth oil not suggested for use for children 2 years and younger.
I have locs in my hair, can I use your products?
Yes our products work for locs. In fact we have a special Naturally Unique Loc Oil formulated to keep your locs soft and shiny
Do you test your products on animals?
No we do not test any products on animals
Can I use your products when my hair is in extensions?
Yes you can, in fact its important to keep hair moisturized and scalp clean while you have extensions and protective styles in. Our products are great for helping with that care routine.

Does your jewelry contain any lead or nickel?
Our jewelry is lead and nickel free
Whats the best way to care for Ring Leader Earrings?
Since Ring Leaders are made with yarn, its best to store them in a dry place and in a bag to avoid lent and dust from getting into the fabric. Remember handmade jewelry is more fragile so handle them with care.
Something broke on my jewelry can you fix it?
We offer a 30day warranty on our jewelry. If anything breaks after that email us and we can quote you a reasonable repair price.
SHIPPING
After I place my order, how soon will it be shipped out?
Alikay Naturals Product orders are shipped next day, excluding Weekends. Nyamani Chic Jewelry is handmade as ordered so allow 1-6 business days item to be made and shipped.
How will my package be shipped?
We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). They do deliver on Saturdays. We ship First class, and Priority depending on package weight.
Do you deliver to Military Addresses and PO Boxes?
Yes, USPS will deliver to Post Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes USPS ships fully internationally. As long as it’s a recognizable address by USPS then we ship there.
My international shipping quote on site is super high, can you help?
Yes we can help. At time USPS system glitches and quotes very high shipping cost, if this happens email us at orderhelp@blackonyxworld.com , with subject title Manual Order. Include list of item with prices and your shipping address. We will email you back with correct shipping and payment instructions.
How is shipping cost calculated?
At time of checkout USPS virtually calculates shipping based on weight of package and your zip code.
How long will it take to get my package?
USPS takes an average of 2-5 business days within USA. Canada Shipments take average 4-7 business days. International Shipments vary but usually don’t exceed 10 business days.
Do we get tracking on packages?
Yes we offer Free tracking on orders, via delivery confirmation numbers. You will receive delivery confirmation number in “Order Shipped” email.
How can I check the track my order?

I received the wrong item or my package is damaged, what do I do?
Email us within 1-5 business days of receiving your package, letting us know about the issue and we will correct it as soon as possible. You must contact us within 5 business days after your package has been delivered for the claim to be validated.
What happens if I put wrong address information?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and correct shipping information. If the wrong information is given customer will be responsible for USPS reship fee. If we are notified before package is shipped we can make correction for you.
